Thank you for shopping with Alonso Haus. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Currently, all orders are delivered in person within the Miami metropolitan area. Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time and location that is secure and convenient.

We do not offer standard national or international shipping at this time.

However, delivery outside of Miami may be arranged only under the following conditions:

• By special agreement: If discussed and confirmed in advance.
• At the buyer’s request and expense: If the buyer provides or arranges their own transportation method (courier, freight, etc.).

Alonso Haus will not be responsible for any damages, delays, or issues once the product has been handed over to a third-party shipping provider selected by the buyer.

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by external shipping companies or customs
• Loss or damage once the item leaves our custody
• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their delivery instructions and for accepting items at the agreed-upon location.

For every personal delivery:

• The buyer must inspect the item at the time of delivery.
• A confirmation signature or acknowledgment will be requested to verify receipt.
